Privacy and data processing policy

This policy explains what Hyvento LLC collects when you use hyvento.co, why, who processes it on our behalf, and how to exercise your rights. It complies with Colombia's Law 1581 of 2012 and Decree 1377 of 2013. It covers this website; each product we build has its own policy.

Data controller

Hyvento LLC, a company incorporated in Florida, United States, with an engineering team in Colombia.

Address: Florida, Estados Unidos. Email: contacto@hyvento.co. Website: hyvento.co.

The Hyvento founding team handles data inquiries and claims through contacto@hyvento.co.

Consent

Before you submit the contact form we ask you to tick a box giving prior, express and informed consent to process your data for the purposes described here. Without it, the form isn't sent.

We keep proof of that consent (date and content of the submission) for as long as we process your data.

What we collect

Contact form: name, email, company, the service you're interested in and your message. We only receive it if you submit the form.

Technical data: our hosting provider logs basic request data (IP address, browser, requested page and time) to run and protect the site.

If you book a call, the scheduling provider receives the details you enter in its form.

How we use it

To reply to your message, prepare a proposal and follow up on the conversation you started.

To keep the site available and secure.

We don't sell your data or use it for third-party advertising.

Who processes it for us

Vercel Inc. (site hosting).

Resend (delivering your message to our team by email).

Cal.com (call scheduling, only if you use it).

These providers may store data outside Colombia, including in the United States. By sending us your data you authorize that transfer for the purposes above.

Cookies and local storage

This site doesn't use advertising, analytics or cross-site tracking cookies.

We use a single functional cookie, NEXT_LOCALE, to remember the language you chose. We also keep a flag (hy-intro) in your browser's session storage so the intro animation doesn't repeat; it's cleared when you close the tab.

You can delete both from your browser settings and the site keeps working.

How long we keep it

Contact messages are kept for the length of the business conversation and up to 24 months after the last contact, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.

Technical logs are kept for as long as the hosting provider needs them to run the service.

Your rights

You can: access, update and correct your data; request proof of your consent; be told how we use it; withdraw consent and request deletion when there's no legal or contractual duty to keep it; access it free of charge; and file complaints with Colombia's Superintendencia de Industria y Comercio (SIC) after completing the process with us.

How to exercise your rights

Write to contacto@hyvento.co with your name, your ID, what you're requesting, a way to reach you and, if relevant, any supporting documents.

Inquiries: we reply within 10 business days of receipt. If that isn't possible we'll tell you why and reply within the following 5 business days.

Claims (correction, update, deletion or withdrawal): we reply within 15 business days. If a claim is incomplete we'll ask you to complete it within 5 business days; if we can't reply in time we'll let you know and reply within the following 8 business days.

Effective date

This policy is effective from the date shown above. Data is processed for as long as it's needed for the purposes described or a legal obligation requires us to keep it.

Security

The site runs over HTTPS only, and access to received messages is limited to the Hyvento team.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy we'll update the date above. Significant changes will be noted on the site.
